檔案和登錄檔(Registry)，TrojanRemover會完成全部的工作。
TrojanRemover可以設定在開機時自動掃瞄，也可在檔案總管滑鼠右鍵選單中加入掃瞄
功能
，當掃瞄到木馬時，會跳出警告視窗顯示檔案的名稱與位置，並移除相關的設定與更改

式的名稱，阻止木馬重新啟動。若是遇到常駐在記憶體的木馬，TrojanRemover會重新
開機
，停止木馬執行並保護系統，使用者不需進入保護模式甚至DOS模式下才能移除木馬。
